Full-Time Kitchen Manager

Job Description

Woodfire Food Co. is hiring a Full-Time Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, support and develop team members, uphold food-safety standards, and help every service run with accuracy and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen preparation and service while maintaining quality, timing, and presentation standards.
• Coach team members, assign work, and communicate priorities throughout each shift.
• Maintain food-safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and closing standards.
• Monitor product levels and communicate ordering or preparation needs.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to solve service issues and improve daily execution.

Required Qualifications

• Restaurant kitchen leadership or comparable high-volume food-service experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and team-development skills.
• Working knowledge of food-safety and sanitation practices.
• Dependable availability for the operating needs of the restaurant.

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading cooks or kitchen teams in a full-service restaurant.
