This position involves preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining an organized workstation, and ensuring food is prepared consistently and efficiently. Previous kitchen experience is preferred. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation
Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized
Assist with food preparation and inventory as needed
Complete nightly kitchen cleaning and closing duties
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Work efficiently during busy dinner service

Required Qualifications

Previous cooking or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
Availability to work evening and nighttime shifts
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
