Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system
- Process cash, credit card, and other payments
- Answer questions about menu items and restaurant offerings
- Assist with takeout and pickup orders
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Assist with general restaurant duties as needed
- Follow company policies and food safety procedures
